Congratulations on taking the step towards finding a therapist! I have been practicing therapy since 2010 and worked in the corporate world prior to changing careers.
I am trained in Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS) and EMDR. I do often incorporate different therapy modalities into my practice in order to meet the needs and personal styles of the individual.
